In terms of personal reflection, I emphasize two critical points: the professional skills that I have acquired through the practicum and the changes in my behaviors and perceptions through the practicum and even the whole MA course in USSH.

During my pedagogical practicum for the Master of TESOL course, I undertook the dual roles of event organizer and treasurer for my team. This experience has been immensely valuable, providing me with a deep understanding of teaching methodologies, event organization, and financial management. The practicum not only helped me acquire essential professional skills but also led to significant changes in my behavior and perception.

This practicum has offered me many opportunities that I may not get anywhere else, even in my own teaching settings. I have learned many practical skills and changed some of my perceptions. The experience has enhanced my organizational abilities, improved my material design skills, and strengthened my appreciation for teamwork.
